The spacious family villa Nicole occupies an area of 200 m2 on 2 floors. It is km away from Pula. Well known beach Puntizela is 1 km from the property. 10km is the distance to Pula Airport.
A beautiful 34 m2 pool is featured. It is filled with salty sea water, suitable for allergy sufferers, no chemical content in the water. The covered terrace with an outdoor table provides a beautiful view of the pool. Right next to the terrace is a barbecue.
Villa Nicole with 5 bedrooms guarantees an exceptional comfort for large groups of up to 9 people. 2 bedrooms are equipped with their own air conditioning and flatscreen TV with satellite channels.
There are 3 bathrooms with shower. One bathroom also features a large bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine on a large dining table.
Near the villa Nicole there is a children's playground, and a little bit further you can find tennis courts (500 m) and horse riding (1 km).
