A good recommendation.

The apartment and location corresponded exactly to the description. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and simply good. We were highly satisfied, quiet location, the church had a wonderful carillon at 12 o'clock, otherwise not bothersome at all.
The walk to Levanto is short but also takes some getting used to, not recommended after rain.
The terrace with a fantastic view of the opposite hill, great at night. The landlady, Gunilla, is very nice, accommodating, helpful, just as one imagines a great landlady to be. We can only wholeheartedly recommend her. The tips alone are very good and helpful. You also receive current informational material. So don't hesitate, go there!

We had a wonderful week. Very tastefully furnished holiday apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Very beautiful and large terrace. Good shopping options in Levanto. Good tips from the landlady for the holiday.

Excellent, tranquility, comfort, and silence

Very complete accommodation with a splendid view of the mountains. Impeccable interior aspect, very beautiful – almost new, very well-equipped, two lovely bedrooms upstairs. Exceptionally clean bathroom. Lovely terrace for naps, breakfast, and meals in the shade. Mosquito nets on all windows. The welcome is perfect, assistance with settling in, availability, and kindness. The cottage is located in a charming, small, and old hamlet on the heights above Levanto. One leaves their car in this perfectly calm village and reaches the seaside town through a small mountain forest trail. In 15 minutes, one can reach the train station to access the hiking trails of the 5 tourist villages of the 5 Lands. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, for the most beautiful one, Bellasola, allow 30 minutes through a well-equipped pedestrian tunnel. Anyway, nothing is accessible by car in this beautiful country, so it's better to embrace the fitness challenge! This lodging could not be more suitable.

Lovely holiday in Levanto

Nothing but happiness

First very positive experience. We are considering renewing it from September 2 to 16, 2017 (Pre-booking). Only small reservation: the lighting in the living room and on the magnificent terrace seemed insufficient to us. Sincerely.

a bit far from the center of Livanto (20 minutes walk)
only downside = no wifi

Mon appréciation personnelle

Apartment very well located in the heart of the small village with breathtaking views of the valleys and mountains. Recommended for people seeking serenity, tranquility, and nature lovers. Exceptional location for visiting the Cinque Terre; no need for a car. The train station is quite close. Very warm welcome and very useful first information to start the stay. I will not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, and acquaintances who would like to visit this superb region. We were completely satisfied.

dream location

The view of mountains and villages from the terrace apartment is spectacular. In the small hamlet of Ridarolo, one can enjoy nature and peace. The church bells are turned off in the evenings and only ring again at 7:30 AM. By foot, one can reach the center and train station of Levanto in 20-30 minutes on a path, allowing us to leave our car in Ridarolo during our stay. Levanto is a very good starting point to reach the Cinque Terre villages by train. The bathroom/Toilet and kitchen are well equipped. The two bedrooms are one floor up.

Very beautiful holiday apartment in stunning landscape

We were there at Easter 2016 and the following week, we enjoyed our time in the tasteful holiday apartment and went on hikes in the Cinque Terre as well as in the hinterland of Levanto. A beautiful landscape that you can even enjoy from the terrace and the bedroom window. The landlords are very friendly and attentive and are immediately there when there are problems. We would love to come back sometime.

Hiking holiday in autumn.

We have been to Gunilla's beautiful, cozy house in Ridarolo above Levanto for the second time and once again felt very comfortable. Excellent location with a view of the surrounding mountains and their pretty villages. Levanto is easy to reach on foot, and there you will find everything you need for a relaxed Italian holiday. Excellent hiking trails along the coast with fantastic views of the sea in the area. We enjoyed it very much and will gladly come back!

Beautiful holiday destination

We have spent our holiday in this apartment for the second time and we liked it very, very much!! The landlords are extremely friendly and reliable, you can approach them with any concerns. The apartment is appealing and well-equipped, especially nice is the garden area where we enjoyed sitting and admiring the view. We particularly liked the small villages in the area where we had many wonderful experiences with locals.

Dream vacation in a beautiful holiday apartment

A charming holiday apartment, perfectly furnished, lovingly decorated, and beautifully located! We felt very comfortable, didn't miss anything, and were delighted by the warm welcome, the prepared information (tips and suggestions for hiking trails, restaurants, shopping), and the delicious lemons from our own harvest. The view is fantastic, the hiking path to Ridarolo, especially at night, is very romantic (fireflies). In short - we will be back! Very gladly! Apartment Garden in Levanto.

Great location for those who enjoy walking (and climbing), 20 minutes from the train station. Better at this location than directly in the villages of Cinque Terre. Impeccable reception from the owner, very clean, bright, relaxing apartment with a beautiful view. Easy parking right below the apartment. I would recommend it to my friends. Note: it is not for 4 people, with 1 bedroom open to the living room. With friends, you need to rent the 2 apartments that are stacked on top of each other.

Vacation rental Terrace - a dream vacation Italian-style

A beautiful, cozy holiday apartment with a wonderful, covered veranda offering a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain villages. Especially in the evening - the little churches are beautifully illuminated. The garden smells wonderfully of sage, thyme, and rosemary. The apartment is perfectly equipped, we always feel at home. Many thanks to Mrs. von Platen, a very pleasant hostess, always attentive to her guests! Ridarolo is a charming, small Italian mountain village. Levanto has a magnificent beach and many typical local shops, bars, restaurants... typical Italian and not too crowded with tourists.
We are already dreaming of our next stay in Ridarolo...
