This beautiful detached holiday home is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the small private villa park Burghduin (21 villas), adjacent to the beautiful nature reserve "Zeepeduinen" and the "Boswachterij Westerschouwen". The unique beaches of Zeeland are about 2 km away. Around the house there is a beautiful garden. At the back of the thatched dune villa there is a large sun terrace, at the front you can end the day in style with a drink in the evening sun. Of course the grill is not missing either.
The spacious, very tastefully furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area with a cosy fireplace. There is Digital TV with many German channels and free WLAN. Through the swinging doors you enter the large terrace, which borders on the extensive dune area.
In the generously equipped open kitchen (Bulthaup), next to the dining area, there is an induction hob, a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the laundry room there is an additional kitchen block with washing machine and microwave.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has 2 single beds (boxspring). The other bedrooms both have two single beds (Boxspring) or two single beds. There's plenty of cupboards.
The modern bathroom has a shower and a double washbasin. There is a separate toilet both in the hallway and on the floor.
The whole house is centrally heated. You can park on your own premises.
"Burghduin 1" is the perfect location for those who love luxury, peace and space. The ideal starting point for a holiday on the coast of Zeeland!
