Villa Gina is a new, beautiful, modernly designed luxury villa. Beside its original design, the interior is equipped with high quality and carefully designed furniture. The property consists of a living room with a view on the crystal-clear swimming pool and nicely cultivated garden. The living room also has an exit to a wonderful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table perfect for meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as an electric stove, an oven, a freezer and a dishwasher. Dining room and living room are on the ground floor as well as one double bedroom with its own bathroom. Three other double bedrooms are located on the first floor together with two bathrooms. Air conditioning is available on each floor, Wi-Fi and satellite-TV are also provided and free. In the garden you can enjoy on sun loungers by the 40 sqm swimming pool.

The first beaches Luna and Materada are a 5 km away from the villa. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd, close to the sea. Porec is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
