Detached holiday home with enclosed garden situated in a green park. The beach is only a few minutes walk away (1 km).
The stone house has 79 sqm living space. On the ground floor there is a hall with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bright living room and a furnished kitchen with dining area. From the living area a staircase leads to the gallery with 2 single beds and from there to the second bedroom with 2 single beds. A wide sliding door leads from the living room into the garden.

Travel time from the Ruhr area approx. 3 hours.
Either via Venlo, Tilburg, Breda, Goes, then approx. 25 km expressway past Zierikzee, then approx. 10 km towards Renesse and 2 km before Renesse towards Ellemeet
Or via Nijmegen, Rotterdam (Ring Zuid, Europoort), exit Hellevoetssluis, direction Middelburg past Ouddorp and then on Brouwersdam take the exit direction Ellemeet.

Cold House

The holiday home was well equipped. The path to the beach was reachable in about 15 minutes. However, one had to use the car for groceries or rolls. Unfortunately, the house was poorly heated. The air conditioning worked with high drafts and was set to 19 degrees. Thus, the temperature in the living room was between 17 and 19 degrees. Since the outside temperature was 9 degrees, it was very uncomfortable in the house. Higher temperatures would have also caused higher costs.

Die Klimaanlage wurde erst kürzlich installiert, und wir haben bisher noch nicht erlebt, dass das Haus nicht richtig beheizt wurde.
Es ist sehr schade, dass Sie uns dies während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht sofort gemeldet haben, denn dann hätten wir das Problem sofort mit einem zusätzlichen Heizgerät beheben können.
Es war also leider überhaupt nicht nötig, in einem zu kalten Haus zu sitzen.
