Description
The interior of the ground floor of the house consists of an open plan living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The entire ground floor is air-conditioned. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, 55 inch LED smart television with SAT programs and wireless internet connection. Comfortable sofa can serve as an extra bed if needed. In the dining room is a table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. By the stairway to the first floor is a toilet and a storage room with washing machine, drying machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Indoor stairway leads to the first floor. Two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom welcomes you on the first floors. Master bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioning and a terrace with a coffee table for two and a beautiful Seaview. Bathroom offers a shower, toilet, hairdryer, sink, heater and towels. Second bedroom has a king size bed, bunk for three guests and is also air-conditioned. Linens and accoutrements provide peaceful nights of sleep. Baby bed with bed linens and baby stool is available if needed.

Location and surroundings of object
Outside there is a private swimming pool, equipped with RGB lighting for night swimming, four sun deck chairs, parasol and a garden furnishing for six people as well as lounge furniture for four. It is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. All of that creates a wonderful atmosphere for daily relaxation. Covered outdoor lounging and shaded dining area allow guests full enjoyment of the Mediterranean food that can be grilled in a fantastic outdoor kitchen with barbecue. In front of the house are two spacious parking spots. Behind the house is a useful storage, where you can find and use very popular SUP, kayak, two bicycles, wood for barbeque and swimming pool accessories. Even though the house is a twin house, it guarantees total privacy. Villa is the size of 95m2 and the house plot covers an area of 230m2. Property is fully enclosed.

Great holiday home
Great house, perfect location. Equipment is great: washing machine, dryer, coffee machine with enough pods, lots of towels, iron, kitchen perfectly equipped, everything you need is there
Air conditioning upstairs in both rooms and downstairs in the living room
Clean pool with cleaning robot
There was even charcoal for the barbecue
We were thrilled with this house and will definitely come back.

Great accommodation
The house is in perfect condition, the kitchen very well equipped, everything super clean, beds comfortable, as is the sofa bed. The gifts on arrival were a very nice surprise. The pool was very clean, the cleaning robot was practical, so you could clean the pool yourself. The SUP, kayak and bikes were in perfect condition. The accommodation can only be recommended, we felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Super great house
We were 2 families, the house is really beautiful as shown. We didn't dislike anything about the house. It was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and nicely decorated. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool. I would recommend the house to everyone. We were received very nicely, each family received a small gift, very nice. There was champagne, a bowl of fruit, and juice for the children in the fridge, great. The beach is only 1 minute away from the house. There is nothing for children in the village of Klimno except for a small playground. Otherwise, the restaurants are recommended. We had a very nice and peaceful vacation. Thanks to the hosts.
