Description
The perfectly located Villa Claudia is ideal for a holiday by the sea. It is located in the small village of Klimno on the island of Krk. Villa Claudia has a truly perfect location. The property stretches along the sea to which a private path leads. The villa is surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation, with some similarly attractive villas nearby.
The entire property extends to 500 m2, including the 200 m2 villa and a private 20 m2 pool. Next to the villa there are two covered parking spaces. An excellent outdoor kitchen belongs to the villa, from where you can reach the sea on a 10 meter long path. The entire property is fenced, which ensures an undisturbed privacy.
The villa has two separate entrances, which makes it hard to determine which of the two is the main entrance. The Villa Claudia is designed as a semi-detached house, but it is only intended for a group of guests at a time. Both halves of the villa together offer four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, two living rooms, two dining rooms, two kitchens and two garden sets.
On the ground floor of one half of the villa is a large bright room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with living area. The living area can also be used as an additional deck area. The living room has a large, sea-facing sliding glass door that gives the feeling of comfort and closeness to nature. The sea view with meals or relaxation in the living room is beautiful. Your time at Villa Claudia will be made as comfortable as possible with the help of air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player, hi-fi sound system and internet connection. Next to the stairs to the first floor there is also a toilet with a washing machine.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two large bedrooms and a large bathroom with toilet. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a large balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
The same arrangement of rooms as in the half of the villa described above is also expected in the other half.

Ein Traum,
hier stimmt einfach alles. das Haus ist so liebevoll geführt und eingerichtet das man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann.
Der Ort ist klein , aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. in jedem Restaurant wird man aufs beste bewirtet und der kleine Supermarkt sorgt für den Rest.
