Welcome to Villa Ripenda! It is situated in a beautiful Istrian landscape, only a 15-minute drive from the tourist town of Rabac and the most beautiful beaches of Istria. In the fenced private garden you can use the pool, deck chairs, charcoal grill and shaded dining area.
Villa Ripende has two separate, air-conditioned apartments that can be rented together. Perfect for groups who value privacy, but also enjoy spending time together. In the first apartment there is a kitchen and a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, and in the other another kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is room for up to 10 people. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean.
Villa Ripenda will surely be remembered as a wonderful holiday and will give you the true spirit of Istria.

Location and surroundings of object
The small, quiet village of Ripenda Verbanci is situated on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea.
The area is very rarely inhabited, outside the tourist masses, with very little traffic.
Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seaside resorts, islands and the Kvarner Bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, just a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station, an ATM, a farm and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.

Great host, super house.
We, 3 families with a total of 10 people, stayed for 7 nights in Villa Ripenda. From arrival to departure, we were completely satisfied and can recommend this accommodation to anyone who values peace and also appreciates the proximity to the sea and shopping options. A warm host who cares about the well-being of the guests and frequently brought regional dishes for tasting, and who was always available for questions. The house with a large apartment for a maximum of 6 people and another apartment with space for an additional family of up to 4 people provided enough space and, above all, privacy for all parties involved. The upper floor is currently being remodeled and will become even more attractive for several families planning a vacation together. The only annoyance was the many mosquitoes, which is why I recommend mosquito spray and a pen against the bites to everyone. The internet didn't work at all, which shouldn't be the most important thing on vacation. Shopping options can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and the sea is reached in 10 minutes. The old town of Labin is worth a visit, and those willing to take the one-hour drive should check out the aquarium in Pula. I can recommend the house to everyone, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely justified, and we are already planning our next vacation in this accommodation. I would recommend families with children not to return in the morning, as the border between Slovenia and Austria is extremely crowded during the summer holidays. For the drive, we needed a total of 18 hours instead of 11, and we spent almost 3 hours at the Karawanken Tunnel in temperatures above 30 degrees. One more note for all guests: on the last day, the host usually holds a barbecue, so don't make any plans for that evening and come hungry ☺️ We thank you for a great week at Villa Ripenda.
