Description
Casa Nortina, a cosy cottage with 3 bedrooms, living room with pellet stove, TV. Kitchenette and dining area, 2 flame gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all necessary crockery. The Casa Nortina is isolated. The bedroom windows are decorated with beautiful window grilles, so that you feel safe even when the windows are open.
The approx. 700 m² (!) large, dreamlike property is completely surrounded by a view-tight hedge. 7 different seats in sun or shade, as your heart desires.
The property is on the edge of a holiday settlement. The 25 meter long swimming pool is only 5 minutes walk away (own pool attendant, free entrance). The mini golf course is newly renovated and free of charge! Rackets are available in the Casa Nortina. Tennis is also free.
In summer there is also a free children's animation. In case of problems a German speaking reception will help.

Casa Nortina is situated on the edge of a beautiful holiday resort above Luino, Lago Maggiore.
At sea it is 5 minutes by car. Also after Luino 5 minutes by car. Everywhere on the lake there is free access to the lake.
Luino, Italy, is not a tourist town, but a beautiful Italian town with a lively year-round life. The weekly market is famous every Wednesday and attracts people from all surrounding countries.
The lake offers putty surfing, rowing, boat trips, or just swimming or diving. There are countless hiking and mountain bike tours in the area. Due to the proximity to Lugano and Milan, but also Ascona and Locarno as well as Bellinzona, all cultural offers are available.

Great atmosphere
We spent a week as a family of three in Casa Nortina. The holiday home is very quiet and surrounded by a lot of greenery in the holiday resort. You can't expect extra luxury, but there is everything you need in the house. In the resort itself, there is a free outdoor pool with a great children's area and a swimming pool where you can swim laps in the morning. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend the house and the associated holiday complex.

A wonderful stay in the enchanted garden
It is a great little house surrounded by an enchanted garden. A big plus is the privacy, i.e. you are completely private and the outdoor shower is unbeatable. The only visitors are the curious little lizards (outside, not inside), which is great for the kids!
We felt comfortable all around.
I would have wished for a fan (but we were there in the height of summer). I should also mention that the stairs were quite steep for the children
But these are minor things! Definitely worth a visit. Plus the pool is around the corner, the food in the restaurant is great, and the beaches around Luino are wonderful! You would have to bring a car though.

need for rest satisfied
During my vacation, I was able to fully enjoy the peace and the excursions. Everything was available in the cottage. In the evenings, the stove was a true gift! The beautiful garden is filled with love and invites you to relax. My family and I felt completely comfortable.

Great quiet holiday home
The holiday home is only a 10-minute drive from Lake Maggiore in a quiet holiday home settlement above Luino. The cottage itself is lovingly designed and perfect for a cosy holiday. The garden is wonderfully varied and invites you to linger. We enjoyed it very much outside, away from prying eyes, surrounded by pure nature. It relaxes the soul.
