The holiday home "Möwenschiss" is located in an absolutely quiet area directly at the nature reserve Sehlendorfer Binnensee. The holiday home was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. Equipped with a fireplace for cosy evenings and a spacious conservatory, it is an ideal temporary home.
The holiday home has a 1100 sqm garden, which offers children plenty of space to play and romp around. (Trampoline use at your own risk!) 5 separate bedrooms, 4 of them with double beds, a small children's room with bunk beds and a couch with full sleeping accommodation for 2 persons in the upstairs living room. A total of 4 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. 2 living rooms with TV (with Netflix app) and a spacious conservatory with table football, which provides entertainment even on non-sunny days. In the front garden of the house you have your own beach chair.
The conservatory with space for over 12 people is ideal for cosy family gatherings at any time of year.
In the lockable garage you can park your bicycles and charge up to 4 e-bikes at the same time.

Cancellation terms:
We ask for your understanding that in the case of cancellation, our claim to a proportionate payment of the agreed travel price remains. We charge a cancellation fee of 100 Euros. Depending on the date of cancellation, we calculate the following rates: – up to the 31st day before the start of the trip -> 20% of the travel price – up to the 21st day before the start of the trip -> 80% of the travel price – thereafter -> 90% of the travel price.

family vacation
We were with seven people from four households. We particularly liked that each party had their own bathroom. All furniture, dishes, and everything else you need are plentiful and very well maintained. Grilling in the evenings and watching the bats or jumping on the trampoline a bit. No problem at the Möwenschiss XXL. We enjoyed staying here. Oh, if anyone asks, we always behaved in a corona-compliant manner :-)

I am thrilled. Contact was easy, a few days before arrival I was provided with all the details I needed. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and very positively surprised by the apartment. It is even more impressive in real life than in the pictures. Would love to come back! We had a great team outing!
