Location and surroundings of object
The holiday village Öfingen is situated in a scenic area on a sunny southern slope in a magnificent panoramic location (approx. 850 m), on the edge of the southern Black Forest right at the junction with the Swabian Alb.
Öfingen, "the sunny village of the Baar," is a district of Bad Dürrheim, one of the most important spa resorts in Germany.
The wellness and health center Solemar (included with the 3WeltenCard), with the salt grotto and various therapy treatments, invites you to relax and recuperate. The reception and the Kneipp spa facility located in the holiday village are within walking distance.
For children, there is, among other things, a separate children's check-in, a large playground, and a Pit-Pat facility.
Around the holiday village, there are many hiking, cycling, and walking paths, as well as bike trails. Excursion possibilities:
Lake Constance, with Mainau Island;
to Donaueschingen, to the source of the Danube;
a visit to the monkeys in Salem;

Simply beautiful ?
We really enjoyed our time here in the Black Forest

Pure relaxation - for the whole family
A very clean and beautiful house that invites you to rest and relax. The two bedrooms with the lovingly furnished children's area are also super suitable for families with small children.
In the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen everyone finds their place and in the fully equipped kitchen all meals can be prepared from breakfast to dinner. The fridge even has a freezer compartment. The view from the living room and the terrace is unique - this distant view invites you to linger. The complex has a large playground and several small playgrounds spread across the site. Swimming pools, shopping centres, indoor playgrounds, etc. can be reached by car in a short time.

A dream
The house and the location are simply a dream
You feel at home from the first minute
Nothing is missing in the house - everything you would expect from home is there
The materials are excellent and the house is pet-free, which is great for allergy sufferers
The internet is great, so also for older children who need wifi something
The beds are very comfortable, which ensures a good night's sleep
There is a foosball table in the house to distract yourself in bad weather

A place to relax and unwind
A very beautiful, well-equipped house with a fantastic view and a large terrace. Suitable for an active holiday, but also to retreat and relax. The support, starting from the booking request to check-out, was very nice, fast, transparent, and friendly. We would love to come back :)

Von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt hat man sich rund um wohl gefühlt.
Sehr, sehr schönes Haus mit top Ausstattung und mega Aussicht.
Wir werden bald wieder kommen und freuen uns schon sehr darauf :)
Im großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche finden alle ihren Platz und in der voll ausgestatteten Küche können vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen alle Mahlzeiten zubereitet werden. Der Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Tiefkühlfach. Einzigartig ist die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus - dieser Fernblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Anlage verfügt über einen großen Spielplatz und mehrere kleine Spielgeräte quer über den Platz verteilt. Schwimmbäder, Einkaufscenter, Indoorspielplatz, etc. sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Man fühlt sich von erster Minute an wie Zuhause.
Im Haus fehlt an nichts wirklich ist alles vorhanden was man von Zuhause kennt.
Es sind super Materialien verbaut und ein Tierfreies Haus was super für Allergiker ist.
Das Internet ist klasse also auch für ältere Kinder die W-Lan brauchen etwas.
Betten sind sehr gemütlich da ist für guten Schlaf gesorgt.
Ein Kicker-Tisch ist vorhanden im Haus um beim schlechten Wetter sich abzulenken.
Das Feriendorf ist sehr sauber, grün und Kinderfreundlich.
Frau Metz ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch mit dem Herzen am richtigen Fleck.
Sie beantwortet ruck-zuck alle Fragen und kümmert sich um alles für den Gast.
Man fühlt sich nur gut bei Buchung des Hauses.
Vor Ort ist Frau Chandoni für jeden Gast zu sprechen und mit Rat und Tat an Seite.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Wir haben leider nur eine Woche dort verlebt, würden es aber wieder in betracht ziehen
Die Ausstattung ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Auch die Aussicht ist gigantisch.
Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen wieder.
