We welcome you to our ausZeit holiday flat, which is situated on a sunny south-facing slope in a wonderful panoramic location in Lichtenstein on the edge of the Swabian Alb biosphere area.
You will stay in our beautiful holiday flat, which we have furnished lovingly, modernly and completely.
The combined living-bedroom is modernly furnished and offers a lot of comfort and space for our guests.
In addition to free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV is also available
The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, sufficient dishes and a coffee machine
The bathroom with its modern equipment invites you to feel good
In our holiday flat, only parquet floors and tiles were laid, which makes it particularly friendly for all allergy sufferers.

TOP - Holiday apartment in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village.
Very nice, clean, comfortable holiday apartment in a small residential area at the edge of the forest.
The photos in the ad clearly show how tastefully and with attention to detail the apartment is furnished. (We especially liked the new bathroom).
Due to its location in the basement, the apartment is pleasantly cool in summer. Additionally, you can sit outside in the sun and enjoy the well-maintained garden.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, everything important is available, everything looks very well-maintained.
Numerous excursion destinations in the area are within easy reach.
The Metz family welcomed us warmly. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

A beautifully clean and well-equipped vacation apartment in an idyllic and tranquil location. Very friendly landlords. Private parking and seating areas in the private garden are available. We would recommend this vacation apartment 100%.

Dear Metz family,
one simply has to feel at home with you. When you made your reservation, you could already feel the friendliness that awaits you. Then you are received with a warmth that cannot be surpassed. The holiday flat "ausZeit" is very tasteful, clean, modernly furnished and lacks nothing you need on a holiday. We now know where we can spend super great days in Lichtenstein - in the future
If we are allowed to, we will definitely come again. In conclusion, there is only one thing to say: it simply doesn't get any better than this, thank you for everything!!!

We enjoyed it, the time out....
...in the very nice, clean and comfortably furnished basement flat in a detached house in a quiet location, surrounded by forest and meadows with beautiful hiking trails right in front of the door.
The Metz family gave us a warm welcome. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the flat.
From Lichtenstein, you can not only reach the beautiful Lichtenstein Castle very quickly, but also Reutlingen, Tübingen and Bad Urach with its Urach waterfalls in a short time. Even Stuttgart is only a stone's throw away.
If you like shopping, it's only a few kilometres to Hattingen, the outlet town.
