Villa Grazia is a renovated stone house, located at the top of a hill offering a unique view of the green valley and Lake Butoniga. Holiday Home Grazia covers an area of 147 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor (basement) there is a newly renovated kitchen with dining area, a new living room. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor of the house where there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the fenced, beautifully landscaped yard in front of the house, guests can enjoy the infinity heated pool with a beautiful view of green Istria. Guests also have at their disposal a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and a grill. Spend unforgettable moments with your family or friends in this exceptional home. The pool is additionally heated on request and with an additional charge.
