The villa consists of a living/kitchen room with a view of the crystal-clear swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds; one bedroom is located on the ground floor, the other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All bedrooms feature a Cable-SAT TV. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and it offers parking for 2 cars in a fenced yard. The interior design of the villa will delight its guests with decorative details such as paintings, which painted the owner of the house. If you are planning a relaxing, peaceful holiday in luxury and near the beaches, this is the right place. Pets are welcome with an extra charge payable on the spot.

Location and surroundings of object
The village Zbandaj is located on a gentle hill just in front of Porec. The first beaches and tourist resorts are only 8 km away. In the vicinity of village there is a large number of holiday houses, apartments and restaurants. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location, away from the city crowds, Zbandaj is the right destination. You can reach the beautiful coves and beaches of the western coast of Istria for only 10 minutes by car. The surrounding area is rich with cycling and walking trails.
