A beautiful house on the Jakobsweg in the quiet and tranquil south of the island of Rügen.
The 20515 solidly built holiday home with visible wooden beam ceiling has been rented out since 2015. We have paid attention to ecological building, insulation and paint materials. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove or electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, with a wonderful view over the Bodden from the south-facing room. You can also relax wonderfully on the terrace with a good book and the starry night sky is phenomenal. It is also possible to heat the beautiful outdoor sauna with wood and then relax in this natural warmth. Coupled with the healthy sea air, these are the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in the midst of intact nature.

Beautiful house in natural surroundings.perfectly furnished.cosy,warm ambience.nothing was missing.wonderful view from the bedroom into nature and onto the water.we felt very comfortable and had a great time here!!!

To the Schoritzer Wiek
Beautiful house, isolated (intentionally). Good facilities. Suitable for bike trips.
Insect screens could be installed on the windows in the bedrooms. Sleeping with the windows open was not possible.

vielen Dank, dass Sie unser schönes Haus und Ihren Aufenthalt darin bewertet haben. Wir schauen uns Hinweise sehr genau an, um es unseren Gäste so schön wie möglich zu machen. Der Insektenschutz ist auf jeden Fall für die nächste Saison fest geplant.
Gerne hätten wir auch auf die Hinweise zum Service und zur Sauberkeit reagiert. Leider gabe es hierzu von Ihnen keine. Gab es Schwachstellen bei der Sauberkeit? Zum Service kann ich nur schreiben, dass es sich um ein Ferienhaus handelt. Die Gäste bekommen von mir als Verwalterin eine Zugangsbeschreibung per Mail. Bei Fragen kennen die Gäste meine Telefonnummer. Sollte ich nicht erreichbar sein, melde ich mich schnellstmöglich zurück. So ja auch geschehen bei dem Problem mit dem Internet. Da es sich hierbei um ein Störung der Telekom handelte, lag die Lösung des Problems nicht in meiner Macht. Aber am Abend hat ja alles wieder funktioniert. Im Haus liegt ein kleiner Ordner, in dem steht alles, was unsere Gäste wissen sollten. Und wie geschrieben, ich bin gut erreichbar. Was hat Ihnen am Service gefehlt?
Auch ein Hinweis zum Verhältnis Preis/Leistung wäre schön gewesen.
Das Ferienhaus ist massiv gebaut, ruhig gelegen und Anfang 2021 neu ausgestattet (neue Küche, neues Mobiliar).
Schade, dass es Ihnen bei uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Gerne hätte wir etwas für Ihr Wohlbefinden getan.
