Vila SANIVARO is located in small istrian village Boškari, in municipality of Svetvinčenat
Vila SANIVARO is a luxury and modern house build in 2019, furnished with love, enthusiasm and care about the details, which brings feel of home to her guests. Location of this luxury villa is at the end of the village, in a quite and untouched part of the nature at the beginning of beautiful oak forest, surrounded with wild flowers. This villa ensures unrepeatable experience of peace and privacy away from everyday busy way of life. Natural scent of the forest and meadows is something that is unforgettable in this unrepeatable beauty. Spectacular night view on the sky full of stars, away of everyday noise and light pollution is another thing that enriches romantic moments of your stay.
Interior of the villa offers luxury and spacious living room with modern big kitchen and dining place, which is fulfilled by daily light coming through big balcony door. From the daily part of the house there's a view to the pool and sun terrace which allows to the parents to watch their little ones while enjoying in it. Villa has 4 comfort and fully A/C rooms at the same level as other part of the house. Rooms are equipped with double beds, and in case of need, the bed can be divided in two rooms. On request there is a kinder bed too. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house.
The whole living space is situated on the same level, and is adapted to movement of disabled persons in wheel chair. From outside, the house is accessible by ramp for disabled persons that leads from the parking in front of the house.
Villa offers optimal accommodation for 8 persons (optional 10) with 230 m2 closed space and 60 m2 of summer kitchen in which dominates big BBQ and modern big table where your internal chef can prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Uninterrupted space is going on with the big covered terrace, on which is placed outside sitting area for chill out, relax, coffee or cocktail. The Villa has a whirpool which can take 5 persons. A big heated pool (41m2) is available from April till end November on guest request, and water temperature depends on weather conditions. The heating of the pool for May and October is extra charged at 150€ per week. The pool is surrounded with numerous loungers which offers relaxation for the whole family. Villa has a separated SPA object equipped with infrared sauna, relax area and big whirpool which cane take up to 5 persons at the same time
Villa is situated on 2400 m2 land, completely surrounded with the fence, adapted for individual stays, stays of families with children or stays for disabled persons
Villa is full of sport contents in open space where beside the heated pool your children can enjoy on the swing, slide or trampoline, or you can try yourself in volleyball or badminton on the big playground. In case you are more fan of indoor sports, there is a big room with table tennis, table football, darts or fitness (multifunctional exercise machine and orbitrek). This villa is ideal starting point for active vacation in the nature, because there is a direct entrance to the 40km bike route, and quiet pathways are ideal for jogging or long walks.

Vila SANIVARO is only 20 min drive by car to the beautiful Adriatic sea beaches in all directions - Pula, Bale, Duga Uvala, At the same time from vila you can departure to the daily excursions to the famous touristic destinations as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Opatija, National Park Brijuni, or to spend an active day in a fun water park as Aquacolors (Poreč), Istralandia (Novigrad) or Glavani adrenaline park (Barban).
In case of need, kind landlords can allways support you with advices on local attractions or activities, and can allways help you in organizing of catering or for example "truffle hunting".
The closest bigger place is the small town Svetvinčenat. Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed.
The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called "Placa", together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria.

Absolutely dreamy
We arrived with 5 adults and 3 children. It was indescribably beautiful and equipped with everything that belongs to a perfectly rounded vacation.

Dream House
The Villa Sanivaro was an absolute dream. Despite the bad weather, we and our dog felt very comfortable. The villa was absolutely clean, lovingly furnished and decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The pictures corresponded exactly to what we found on site. Starting with a very spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen. This was also very well equipped, so you could easily cater for yourself. The bedrooms were very comfortable, modern, and clean. Each bedroom had its own beautiful bathroom. The garden was huge and completely fenced, so our dog felt very comfortable as well. Absolute highlights are the large pool and the jacuzzi. In the garage, there were also sports equipment like a table tennis table, foosball, darts, and a weight bench. Everything in impeccable condition. Attractive cities like Pula, Rovinj, Rabac, and Medulin can be comfortably reached by car within 1 hour. But the biggest thanks and praise go to our hosts Iva and Robert. Five stars are not enough for them. There was a welcome, birthday, and farewell gift. They inquired about our well-being almost daily, recommended many excursion tips and nearby restaurants, and did everything to ensure we had a relaxing holiday. Anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and recuperation will find this villa just right. We can only highly recommend this villa. Despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back.

Absolutely fantastic
We randomly found this beautiful villa on the internet through ferienhausmiete.de. We are 3 adults with 2 dogs and could hardly believe finding such a great villa. This wonderful quiet location, surrounded by a small forest with a large, fenced garden and the wonderful heated pool. The villa is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, enough seating areas for 8 people indoors and outdoors, TV in the living room and the rear master suite, Wi-Fi, built-in barbecue, playground for children, sun loungers by the pool. Everything shown in the photos is there. Very tastefully decorated! Very caring hosts who are always available to help with advice and assistance. Just beautiful and highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

Dreamy house in a quiet location
We spent 11 wonderful days in this house. The house is top equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords Iva and Robert are very committed and are always at your side with help and advice. The house is secluded in the countryside in a small village. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, this is the right place. Nevertheless, the larger cities such as Pula, Rovinj or Porec can be reached in 25 to 40 minutes. The heated pool and the existing sports and leisure facilities on the property were extensively used by us. Our dog also loved the large, fully fenced property. Walking paths are plentiful in the area. For us, it was a completely successful vacation and we would come back anytime. Thanks again to Iva and Robert. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful villa
We had 10 wonderful relaxing days at Villa Sanivaro.
The highlight was the heated pool, which we made extensive use of at the end of September. The house is superbly furnished and lacks nothing. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. By car, you can reach everything you need in a short distance. The landlords Iva and Robert are super nice and helpful. They explained everything worth knowing (excursions, restaurants, shopping, beaches). Thank you very much for the beautiful vacation we were able to spend in your house. Your own apples were very delicious. We will definitely recommend the villa.
