Vila SANIVARO is located in small istrian village Boškari, in municipality of Svetvinčenat
Vila SANIVARO is a luxury and modern house build in 2019, furnished with love, enthusiasm and care about the details, which brings feel of home to her guests. Location of this luxury villa is at the end of the village, in a quite and untouched part of the nature at the beginning of beautiful oak forest, surrounded with wild flowers. This villa ensures unrepeatable experience of peace and privacy away from everyday busy way of life. Natural scent of the forest and meadows is something that is unforgettable in this unrepeatable beauty. Spectacular night view on the sky full of stars, away of everyday noise and light pollution is another thing that enriches romantic moments of your stay.
Interior of the villa offers luxury and spacious living room with modern big kitchen and dining place, which is fulfilled by daily light coming through big balcony door. From the daily part of the house there's a view to the pool and sun terrace which allows to the parents to watch their little ones while enjoying in it. Villa has 4 comfort and fully A/C rooms at the same level as other part of the house. Rooms are equipped with double beds, and in case of need, the bed can be divided in two rooms. On request there is a kinder bed too. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house.
The whole living space is situated on the same level, and is adapted to movement of disabled persons in wheel chair. From outside, the house is accessible by ramp for disabled persons that leads from the parking in front of the house.
Villa offers optimal accommodation for 8 persons (optional 10) with 230 m2 closed space and 60 m2 of summer kitchen in which dominates big BBQ and modern big table where your internal chef can prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Uninterrupted space is going on with the big covered terrace, on which is placed outside sitting area for chill out, relax, coffee or cocktail. A big heated pool (41m2) is available from May till end October on guest request, and water temperature depends on weather conditions. The heating of the pool for May and October is extra charged at 150€ per week. The pool is surrounded with numerous loungers which offers relaxation for the whole family. At the end of pool zone there is a relax zone, where you can enjoy in peace and quiet, by laying in the swing listening to the birds singing.
Villa is situated on 2400 m2 land, completely surrounded with the fence, adapted for individual stays, stays of families with children or stays for disabled persons
Villa is full of sport contents in open space where beside the heated pool your children can enjoy on the swing, slide or trampoline, or you can try yourself in volleyball or badminton on the big playground. In case you are more fan of indoor sports, there is a big room with table tennis, table football, darts or fitness (multifunctional exercise machine and orbitrek). This villa is ideal starting point for active vacation in the nature, because there is a direct entrance to the 40km bike route, and quiet pathways are ideal for jogging or long walks.

Vila SANIVARO is only 20 min drive by car to the beautiful Adriatic sea beaches in all directions - Pula, Bale, Duga Uvala, At the same time from vila you can departure to the daily excursions to the famous touristic destinations as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Opatija, National Park Brijuni, or to spend an active day in a fun water park as Aquacolors (Poreč), Istralandia (Novigrad) or Glavani adrenaline park (Barban).
In case of need, kind landlords can allways support you with advices on local attractions or activities, and can allways help you in organizing of catering or for example "truffle hunting".
The closest bigger place is the small town Svetvinčenat. Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed.
The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called "Placa", together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria.

Dreamy house in a quiet location
We spent 11 wonderful days in this house. The house is top equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords Iva and Robert are very committed and are always at your side with help and advice. The house is secluded in the countryside in a small village. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, this is the right place. Nevertheless, the larger cities such as Pula, Rovinj or Porec can be reached in 25 to 40 minutes. The heated pool and the existing sports and leisure facilities on the property were extensively used by us. Our dog also loved the large, fully fenced property. Walking paths are plentiful in the area. For us, it was a completely successful vacation and we would come back anytime. Thanks again to Iva and Robert. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful villa
We had 10 wonderful relaxing days at Villa Sanivaro.
The highlight was the heated pool, which we made extensive use of at the end of September. The house is superbly furnished and lacks nothing. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. By car, you can reach everything you need in a short distance. The landlords Iva and Robert are super nice and helpful. They explained everything worth knowing (excursions, restaurants, shopping, beaches). Thank you very much for the beautiful vacation we were able to spend in your house. Your own apples were very delicious. We will definitely recommend the villa.

Just perfect!!
We spent two wonderful weeks in the wonderful Villa Sanivaro and can recommend this accommodation without reservation to all those who love peace and quiet.
The equipment, the cleanliness of the villa, the great hosts Iva and Robert and of course the location - simply perfect!
Another highlight is the large, heated pool - really great for swimming.
We would like to say a big thank you to Iva and Robert for letting us bring our two dogs, although normally only one small dog is allowed.

Beautiful accommodation - pure relaxation!
The pictures speak for themselves - reality is even more beautiful. Perfect location for those seeking peace and relaxation, and who don't mind driving a few kilometers to the sea (about 20 minutes by car).
Villa Sanivaro is fully equipped, very modern and spacious - it has everything for a stay with several people. Ideal for families: living area on one level, kitchen with a view of the pool, play equipment available - and plenty of space.
Iva and Robert are great hosts and were always available and very helpful with any questions. Thank you both for the pleasant and relaxing holiday at Villa Sanivaro.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Superschönes Ferienhaus mit einer wirklich tollen Ausstattung. Es gibt sogar an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter und Rollos. Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Auch das Anwesen war tadellos. Sogar spiele im Haus waren für die Kinder vorhanden. Es wird wirklich an alles gedacht, damit man einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich und standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir waren vor ein paar Wochen zu Gast mit Hund und Freunden. Das Haus und Vermieter sind einfach nur super. Das Haus selber bietet alles was ein schöner urlaub braucht. Ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur. Alles ist sauber und wie auf den Bildern . Danke Iva und Robert für den schönen Urlaub und man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub im Traumhaus
Das Haus ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles ist sehr großzügig gehalten. Man vermisst nichts. Es liegt etwas auserhalb am Rande eines Waldes und genau das hat seinen Reiz. Man kann dort die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können sich frei bewegen ohne das man sie immer gleich ermahnen müsste. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Der Einstieg mit Treppe ist auch super. Auch der Aussenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein. Achja ein rießiger Grill ist auch da.
Es gibt ein Spielbereich draussen und einen Innen mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball, Darts und 2 Sportgeräte. Es sieht in Wirklichkeit so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Dieses Haus hat einen Flair, der nicht zu beschreiben ist. Die Besitzer Iva und Robert hätten das Haus nicht besser planen können.
Sie haben uns genau erklärt wo man was unternehmen kann, wo die schönen Strände sind, wo man gut essen kann oder einkaufen....sogar kalte Getränke und Kekse haben sie vorbereitet. Sie haben uns sogar noch Obst vorbeigebracht. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Iva hat dann noch den Friseurtermin für uns vereinbart. Sie sind einfach tolle Menschen.
Wenn wir wieder mal in Istrien Urlaub machen, dann da.
Von dort aus erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in 30 bis 60 min.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Traumhaus für den erholsamen Urlaub
Ein wirkliches Traumhaus welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Wer die Entspannung im Urlaub braucht ist hier genau richtig.
Auch lassen sich alle Städtchen Istriens in alle Richtungen in kurzer Zeit erreichen.
Empfehlenswert sind Ruvinj und der Nationalpark Brijuni.
Für ein wenig Nervenkitzel sorgt die Zip-Line in Pazin
Der morgendliche Brötchengang mit den Hunden nach Jursici ist der richtige Start in den Tag.
Einen großen Dank auch an unsere Gastgeberin Iva, die wirklich jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und sich jederzeit wunderbar um einen kümmerte.
Alles in allem glatte 5 Sterne !!!!

Die Villa ist wunderschön mit allem was man braucht und mit soviel Liebe dekoriert und ausgestattet, das man sich nur wohlfühlen muss. Der Pool ist total und der Fitness Raum auch perfekt ausgestattet, sowie für die kleinen einen super Spielplatz. Die Villa ist so ruhig gelegen das man einfach anschalten kann und ausschlafen kann. Wir empfehlen die Villa definitiv weiter und werden auch wieder kommen. Die Vermieter sind so hilfsbereit und freundlich, das war total super.

Super Haus mit ruhiger Lage
Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Es bietet sehr viel Platz, sehr sauber, sehr Modern. Sehr grosser Pool. Der Spiel-Fitnessraum ist kühl gehalten. Die gesamte Planung des Hauses ist sehr durchdacht, einfach super. Es liegt im kleinen Dorf mit sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr sehr Nett und sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!

Ein Traumhaus um abzuschalten
Sehr gute und ruhige Lage.
Man kann in dem Haus sehr gut entspannen, da das Haus am Wald liegt.
Besonders ist uns auch die Sauberkeit des Pools und des Hauses aufgefallen.
Die Vermieter sind extrem nett und waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt behilflich.
Dieses Haus würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.
