Beautiful newly built villa Bergena with a large swimming pool (58m2) located in a quiet part of the fourth Pomeranian, 1. 5 km from the center of Medulin and offers an ideal holiday for family and friends.
The villa has a 26 sqm covered and glazed terrace, which offers a beautiful view of Medulin and Pomer Bay and the centre of Medulin.
The villa is detached and offers 170m² space for 8 persons. It has 3 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 bathroom) and 3 bedrooms with beds: a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and 2 beds (90x200 cm) and 2 beds (90x200 cm) with the capacity of a double bed. The living room offers a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed (170 x 200 cm). The kitchen has a dining room and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The house also has a summer kitchen (30m2) with wooden benches, a large wooden table and a fireplace for a cosy atmosphere.
The building is air-conditioned and has two air conditioners.
The entire outdoor pool, outdoor shower, garden and barbecue are included for the use of the guests and offer absolute privacy. There are three guest parking spaces directly on site.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located near the beautiful bay of Medulin and Pomer, only 800 meters from the beach. There are other beaches in Medulin, Premantura and the Kamenjak Nature Park.
There are two large supermarkets (Lidl and Plodine) 800 meters from the house. Nearby are many restaurants and bars for entertainment. The guests, who are sports fans, can find a wide range of activities in Medulin and Premantura, such as diving, tennis and surfing. You can rent bicycles, mopeds or boats at local level. In the evening you can hear music on various terraces to live during concerts and film in the amphitheater in Pula instead of festivals.

Better doesn't get any better.
After a warm welcome, we got to know the great villa with a really large pool. There is actually nothing that it doesn't have. And the house is equipped with everything one could wish for. From water dispensers to grills, coffee machines, and even all kinds of baking utensils, it makes hearts soar. For the children, there is a large play area with playground equipment. The pool is truly of a sensational size. The location and the view are hard to beat. From the terrace with the winter garden, you can look down to the sea. Even in the evening hours, you can sit here fantastically. We will definitely come back here. That much is certain.

Ein wunderschönes Urlaub
After a warm welcome from Marino and his wife, we had the pleasure of being guests in their beautiful Villa Bergena. The cleanliness throughout the house and the well-kept property are truly outstanding. The air conditioning worked perfectly and could be controlled individually. The provision of towels, pool towels, shower gel, toothbrush cups rather resembles a hotel than a vacation home. Just fantastic! The kitchen facilities left nothing to be desired. Balls, boccia, badminton, beach ball... and even a pump to inflate our pool stuff was available. The glazed terrace was an absolute highlight and our favorite space. The pool worked perfectly and was sparkling clean all week. We used the beautiful grill a few times, buying fresh and typical Croatian meat and sausages from the butcher "Bakin" in Medulin. It's about a 3-minute drive by car and also cheaper than at the supermarket across the street. For us, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful green environment with absolute privacy. We will come back!
