Sunny Usedom, the island with the most sunny days a year. In recent years, this decidedly family-friendly holiday resort has developed into one of Usedom's most popular seaside resorts. The wide beach promenade with numerous buildings in the style of classic seaside resort architecture invites you to stroll and linger. Here you can marvel at houses that were built at the beginning of the century and have been lavishly and lovingly restored in recent years. A large selection of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in the village centre and the surrounding area. Thanks to its mild, stimulating climate, Zinnowitz is popular with young and old. Families are drawn to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach or, in bad weather, to the 'Bernstein-Therme' with its seawater swimming pool and sauna area.

Summer happiness
Almost everything is very good. Chairs outside need to be renewed: risk of falling. We informed the rental office, but nothing happened during our stay. Also, the umbrella stand is defective, so the umbrella fell over once in our presence. The grill fell apart a lot when carrying it back to the shed after use, screws burned and many simply came off with the legs of the grill. It should be mentioned that there is no shower shelf: shampoo fell down, the flap was unknowingly broken and leaked overnight. ;-(.
Otherwise, the half of the house is very nice, well-equipped, and clean. You even have your own lockable shed for bicycles, etc. Neighboring houses are close, but it is still quiet and it doesn't bother that there are neighbors. The concept is well solved with separation and window stickers on the neighbor's windows. Lastly, the information that the way to the center and to the beach is easy to remember and takes 4-5 minutes by bike.
The dog beach is about 3 minutes further away and there is no parking within walking distance of the dog beach. At the dog beach, there is a stand with snacks and drinks, kept quite simple!!! BUT there is something at all. Strandkorb rental at the dog beach can be inquired about through the spa administration (not available online) or on-site between 10 AM - 12 PM at the dog beach itself, definitely during the main season. There is a nice dog beach with parking, food, and drink stalls in the neighboring town of Kuserow, which is recommended. Be there early in the morning (by around 9:30 AM) due to the limited number of parking spaces, or wait until one car leaves; parking is 1 hour: 1.50 EU (having change would be good). You can often only pay with cash on Usedom!
