Away from noise, stress and hectic, our "Sonnenschein" holiday flat is located in the very beautiful Skane island residential park in Zinnowitz. The enclosed holiday park has its own playground with table tennis tables
The beach and the centre of Zinnowitz are only a 10-15 minute walk away. Equally easy to reach are the connections to the Usedom Bäderbahn railway network. Shopping facilities, restaurants and a bicycle rental shop are in the immediate vicinity.

Really great accommodation *****
We were here with the three of us (2 adults and 1 teenager). After having bad luck with the accommodation in Zempin last year, we were more than compensated this year. The host family was very nice and caring. The apartment was very bright, modern, and high quality furnishings. And an important criterion - the beds were not only clean but super comfortable. We really enjoyed the days and could relax properly. Unfortunately, New Year's Eve was already fully booked, but we were definitely not here for the last time. The ad promised what the apartment delivered. One wishes it would always be like this. Thank you very much.

Dreamlike accommodation
Very modern and high-quality holiday apartment with everything you need. You just have to buy your groceries, and the rest is there. Also, books and a collection of games. We felt very comfortable; the accommodation is in the middle of a residential park with many accommodations as well as the camping site, but you have peace and privacy. The caretaker service is a bit unusual, but you hardly have anything to do with him (only for handing over the keys). Definitely recommendable!

Very nice holiday flat !!! Nice host family
The flat is brand new and beautifully furnished. There were two of us and we were immediately thrilled. We have experienced quite a bit of holiday accommodation :-/ . The host family put a lot of effort into the furnishings.
This flat was really top and so was the environment. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for a wonderful time.
