Location and surroundings of object
The house offers a large living room, in which a couch corner with television (Astra satellite programs) and fireplace was furnished. Opposite the sitting area is the perfect, fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and offers all facilities for perfect cooking and enjoyment. There is an electric cooker with oven and extractor hood above, a dishwasher, a hand sink, fridge and freezer as well as a coffee machine, milk frother and toaster. For perfect barbecue evenings: On the west terrace next to the kitchen and living room there is a brick outdoor barbecue. This terrace offers spectacular sunsets. The bedroom offers a double bed and a large closet. The bedroom ambience is cool and elegant with a minimalist design. From the bedroom, a terrace door opens directly onto the south terrace.
The elegant shower room is accessible from the bedroom and offers a large shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Guest WC and utility room are cleverly located centrally in the large room
The guest toilet is quickly accessible from the living room and kitchen, the utility room offers washing machine, hot water boiler and parking space.

The best we've ever had!
This lovingly and absolutely expertly and stylishly restored house is the most beautiful and best situated house we have ever had in Lanzarote. And we have been to this wonderful island 12 times. Certainly not for the common taste, only suitable for couples who are looking for absolute peace and beauty. But it is comfortable, spotless and very cosy. The landlords have thought of every detail, whether it's a milk frother or spare batteries. Decent books and guidebooks are also available. A real insider tip and absolutely recommendable.
