Description

The holiday home is situated on a fully fenced plot, ideal for a holiday with a dog. It is located 300 m from the beach at theLabussees and sleeps 4 in 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, microwave etec. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The cottage can be heated and is therefore usable all year round. The living room is very cosily furnished. For entertainment, satellite TV and various games and literature are available. The holiday home is located on the edge of the village almost directly on the forest and 300 m from the lake. The Mecklenburger Kleinseenplatte offers you extensive opportunities to spend a relaxing holiday. Hike, cycle or paddle through the wonderful nature. Active holidaymakers get their money's worth just as much as lazy people. The holiday home is quietly situated in the middle of a landscape conservation area. If you feel like a cool swim, just go to the beach and take a dip in the Labussee lake, which is located just below the holiday home. The terrace with seating furniture invites you to linger in convivial company. A barbecue for a small barbecue party is also available. Two parking spaces are located at the house.

Important information is missing.

Unfortunately, there was a problem upon our arrival as the key handover could not happen immediately because the local contacts were not properly informed. Additionally, the description of the holiday home for guests with dogs lacks the information that the property is completely fenced but there is another holiday home on it that is permanently rented to a person with a dog. A free run on the premises was unfortunately not possible for our dog, especially since the fence around the house itself is very low. The equipment was okay, the promised literature was unfortunately very outdated, games were not available, and information for activities was also not up to date. We are used to having at least some basic supplies like salt provided for the first day. There is no indication that towels need to be brought and information on bed size for bringing the appropriate fitted sheets would be helpful. The responsible person on site was nice and helpful.

schade, dass es Ihnen in unserem Ferienhaus nicht gefallen hat. Um Ihnen die Tage in unserem Haus so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, stellen wir auch einen jederzeit erreichbaren Ansprechpartner vor Ort zur Verfügung.
Bezüglich Ihrer Kritik an unserem Haus, erlauben Sie mir wie folgt zu antworten.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt bei uns über einen Schlüsselsafe und Sie haben auch einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das wurde Ihnen auch schon 3 Monate vor Ihrer Anreise in Ihren Buchungsunterlagen mitgeteilt. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem größeren eingezäunten Areal und ist auf diesem Gelände zusätzlich nochmal separat eingezäunt. Sie hätten also Ihren Vierbeiner auf dem Grundstück jederzeit frei laufen lassen können, ohne dass er Kontakt mit den Nachbarn bekommt. Der Zaum ist 1m hoch, das sollte eigentlich für jeden halbwegs erzogenen Hund ausreichen. In der Küche waren Salz und Kaffeefiltertüten vorhanden, mehr aber, aus hygienischen Gründen, auch nicht. Das Handtücher nicht vorhanden sind, stand in Ihren Buchungsunterlagen auf Seite 1. Da Sie ab der Buchung einen telefonischen Ansprechpartner mitgeteilt bekommen haben, hätten Sie jederzeit die Bettengröße (Standardgröße) abfragen können.
