The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire area and courtyard.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartment is located on a 1400 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. OTP Szép Card possible. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Landlady spoke good German, was very friendly and had contacted us two days before arrival, so we could talk, for the purpose of arrival and -weg. We were given on request cot, high chair and towels provided for free.
Spacious size, great facilities, balcony, quiet location.
