Description
The detached bungalow is located in a quiet and traffic-free park. The bungalow is fully insulated and has central heating, so the use in the autumn and winter months is possible
The garden is fully fenced and surrounded by hedges and fences. The children or four-legged friends can walk around freely in the garden, there is a spacious terrace at the front of the bungalow and a large lawn for sunbathing, playing etc
At any time of the day there is plenty of sun or shade. The bungalow has a private parking space (1 car) a few meters from the house
The bungalow was renovated and modernized at the beginning of June 2018
The living room has completely new furniture
With the LED TV you can receive both satellite TV (all German channels) and cable TV (all Dutch channels)
WLAN / WIFI is free
Besides the modern living room with open kitchen, there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet
The two bedrooms are equipped with 1x double bed with topper ( x ) and 1x 2 single beds ( x can be pushed together). In the dining room there is a sliding door to those of the two terraces
The outdoor area is equipped with a garden table, 4 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sunbeds, 2 sun loungers with cushions and a bike in the attachment can be shared
When you arrive with your four-legged friend, you will find an orthopaedic dog bed in the extension

The park has direct access to the dike and the IJsselmeer. The beach is within walking distance
For the fish lover there is a first class fishing water directly adjacent to the park. For children there is a playground at the entrance of the park
On the beach is the Lemmer Beach Club, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening

The Beach Club also has an indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a children's pool
Opposite the bungalow park is the sports hotel "Iselmar" with a large harbour, bar, restaurant, bowling alley, squash, swimming pool, sauna, boat rental and washing machines

Lemmer is a Dutch city on the edge of the IJsselmeer with about 10,000 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of De Friese Meren. The Wouda pumping station is definitely worth it. It is the largest and only working steam pumping station in the world. The pumping station is located in the vicinity of the bungalow park. In 1998, the Wouda pumping station was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Even in winter, a cozy, well-equipped vacation home.
We had a nice vacation in your well-equipped holiday home. Especially because the weather was very cold and wet at this time, we enjoyed the coziness and your pre-Christmas decoration. Beautiful vacation in bungalow number 2

A great holiday home

Short holiday
The house is very lovingly and comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and slept very well on the new mattresses. The house is within walking distance of the water. The communication with the landlady was very nice and friendly. It was a very nice holiday.

Very nice and clean holiday home
A very nice and clean holiday home. Perfect for a holiday with a dog. The house itself has everything you need. Within a short time you are at the dyke and therefore at the water. The (dog) beach is also only a few minutes' walk away. I can only recommend the holiday home.
In addition, the contact with the landlords was really fast and super friendly. They also responded very positively to special requests. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Holiday in Lemmer
Dear Werkmann-de Vries family,
thank you very much for letting us spend our week's holiday in your beautiful holiday home.
We liked it very much with you, the house is really very cosy and also lovingly furnished. We enjoyed everything very much. The fenced-in area was ideal for our two dogs. And above all, we were always at the water in a few minutes. We also had great weather the whole week. Holland is a great, beautiful and interesting country. From Lemmer we were able to explore some beautiful places quickly.
The contact with you was very friendly and also very prompt, which we also found very pleasant.

Happy and well recovered
We spent a lot of time outside on the terrace because of the good weather. It was very cosy and the large, fenced and well-maintained property also appealed to our four-legged friends.

Bungalow mit garzen
Das Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Der eingezäunte große Garten wurde von unseren zwei Teckeln sehr geliebt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Lemmer mit Hund
Lage ist Super, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, rundum begehbar. Deich und Strand in 5 Minuten erreichber Abteilung Hundestrand klein.
Im Haus alles was man benötigt vorhanden, Dusche begehbar,war für meinen Mann super,da momentan auf Gehstützen angewiesen. Leider sind die Schlafzimmer recht klein und es wäre schön einen größeren Kleiderschrank zu haben.
Zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten.
Wenn unsere Urlaubsplanund für 2023 steht, weden wir sicher wiederkommen.
Lemmer ist soo schön!!!

Relaxing holidays
We can highly recommend this bungalow. We felt very comfortable. The house is functionally furnished. Nice and quiet location, yet central with short distances to the sea and the very nice town of Lemmer
A little more cutlery would be nice and maybe a few more German TV channels. We have enjoyed coming to Lemmer for years and always to this bungalow.
We will be there again in August.

klein paradijs
We hebben een wat langere tijd mogen genieten in dit heerlijke huisje. De grote tuin er omheen is ideaal! Veel genoten van heel veel vogels. Zelfs een specht kwam regelmatig op bezoek.
De douche is modern en zalig!!!
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. 1 minuutje lopen en dan sta je op de dijk en kijk je uit over het water. De strandclub op wandelafstand.
We zouden het zo weer boeken.

Nettes Häuschen
Haben das erstenmal im
Von Buchung bis Abreise hat alles prima geklappt.
Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Wegen Corona durften/mussten wir 4mal verschieben.
Immer sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Uns fehlte ein Toaster und mehr Besteck.
Es gibt leider nur 4 Deutsche TV Sender (ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR) was eigentlich sehr ungewöhnlich ist.
Ein neuer Minibackofen ist vorhanden.
Neuer Wohnraum und schönes neues Bad.
Tolles eingezäuntes Grundstück. Bis zum Wasser, über den Deich ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.
Tot sins Lemmer. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhige, erholsame Ferien
Das Haus befindet sich auf einer sehr ruhigen Anlage. Erholung pur. In nur wenigen Metern erreicht man den Strand.
Leider war das Wetter sehr schlecht, aber trotzdem haben wir viel unternehmen können, da genügend Orte schnell zu erreichen sind. Auch große Supermärkte sind dicht bei.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und größtenteils neu revoniert.
In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, vollständig und ausreichend. Es hat nichts gefehlt.
Gefehlt hat uns lediglich ein Ofen um die "schnelle Küche" wie Ofenpizza, Pommes etc. zuzubereiten.
Ansonsten haben wir die überdachte Terrasse genossen, die trotz Regen die Möglichkeit bietet, draussen zu sitzen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich.
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
