The holiday home
Our holiday home with approx. 70 m² living space, spread over 2 floors, is situated directly on the wide fine sandy beach. The house is located in a dead-end street and is therefore very quiet.
The holiday home has a kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom (shower/WC), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed + 1 single bed / 1 x double bed). A large terrace invites you to relax or enjoy a cosy get-together. Two free parking spaces are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen on the sunny island of Usedom.
It is only about 100 m on foot to the gorgeous wide Baltic Sea beach. You only have to cross a small strip of pine forest
The Usedom long-distance cycle path is in the immediate vicinity.
Restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a doctor, a pharmacy, bicycle and beach chair rentals, and a petrol station are all about 1.5 km away.
The seaside resort of Karlshagen lies between the Baltic Sea and the Peene River in the northwest of the island of Usedom. The surrounding area is characterised by extensive coniferous forests. Karlshagen has one of the widest and most beautiful beaches on the island of Usedom. There is plenty of space on the wide, fine-sand beach for sun worshippers, blob builders or sports enthusiasts.
Karlshagen has the largest harbour on the island of Usedom, situated on the Peene River.

A holiday apartment for relaxing
Immediately noticeable upon arrival: the cleanliness and the maritime atmosphere. A holiday apartment for relaxation. The kitchen has everything you need, the terrace with a sunshade, and the sleeping arrangements one floor up. A brilliant retreat for children. Also striking is the quiet location. Here you can let your soul dangle, and the beach is not far away. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful vacation destination
The quietly located holiday apartment offers everything you need on vacation. Cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, grilling on the large terrace, or dining at nearby restaurants, there is something for everyone.
The beach is right on one side, and a bike and hiking trail on the other.
Daily necessities can be reached on foot or by bike. The car can stay parked.

summer vacation
Located very well in the forest, plenty of space and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. The house, as always, is excellent. The weather was not the best, but there are many opportunities to stay active. For example, a good bicycle network.

Holiday apartment in a great location
We had a very nice stay. A place to relax and enjoy nature. You can take beautiful walks on the beach and in the forest. You can also explore the surroundings well by bike. The holiday home was super clean and had everything you need. We can only recommend it.
