Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 2010, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Location
Sukošan. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November, can be heated, 3.5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

Sauna and hot tub.

Shopping 20 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 300 m. Zadar: cinema 8 km and train station 9 km. Bakery 5. Bus stop 200 m. Pharmacy 250 m. Airport in Zadar 5 km. Marina Dalmacija 700 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 400 m in Sukošan (beach 500 m in Sukošan with pebbles, rocks and sunbathing platforms). Sandy bottom in the sea. Nudist beach 800 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway with wardrobe. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (9 sqm, covered, garden furniture). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking in the property is forbidden, particularly from 31 o'clock to 31 o'clock.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, sauna, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, sauna, whirlpool, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, pool, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
