Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2010 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. For shared use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard. We offer: heated pool, hydromassage hot tub, Finnish sauna & steam sauna, massage..

Location
Sukošan. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating. Children's toys, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early November, 3.5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool towels are provided.

Wellness
Sauna and whirlpool.

Dogs
not allowed.

Distances
Shopping 20 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 300 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. The nearest public transport stop is 300 m away. Sukošan: doctor 300 m and pharmacy 400 m. Zadar: airport 11 km, cinema, bank each 8 km. Railway station 9 km. In summer: Adriatic 400 m in Sukošan (beach 500 m in Sukošan with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Boat rental in Sukošan 400 m.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 3rd floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway. Living room with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (9 sqm, garden furniture). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas cooker (2 burners), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is permitted.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, pool, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: Washing machine at the landlord's premises 10 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
