The standig individually holiday home, built in 1977 is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.
Location
Colli al Metauro (Pesaro-Urbino), 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is on a hill, in a cool and very quiet place and is completely fenced. The house is completely fenced and therefore particularly suitable for dogs. The terrace of the house offers a splendid view of the hills around the sea. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking lot in the carport and on the property. You can park next to the house or outdoors, which is reserved for owners and guests.

Fano: fishing, diving, water sports, boat rental, boat launch each 20 km. dog beach 22 km. tennis in Villanova 2 km.

Bathroom (8 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Living room (18 sqm) with Room with billiards and table football.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): bed linen (first usage) on request 15 € per person per stay.
