The holiday home, built in 1991 is a townhouse and functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture and court.

Montemaggiore al Metauro, 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The windows are fitted with fly screens The house is at the top of a private road, which is closed by a gate. It is partially fenced because it overlooks the olive grove which is open The house is in a very quiet area where the traffic noise is not heard.
