The kitchen is in a separate room that overlooks the spacious terrace with umbrellas and dining tables, which is comfortable on sunny days but also practical on rainy days thanks to its glassed-in porch where you can relax listening to the sound of the rain.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, while going up the stairs, on the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and sunbathing area will let you enjoy moments of pure relaxation and fun with family and friends.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in the municipality of Montemaggiore, and is just over a kilometre from the small town. In less than 20 minutes you can reach the sea and the town of Fano, where you can spend beautiful summer evenings on the seafront promenade full of restaurants, ice-cream parlours, music venues, and full of events, festivals and shows every week.
There are also many villages to visit in the vicinity of the house, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, to learn about the history and traditions of this area.
Lovers of wine and good food will then be able to stop off at the many wine cellars and farms just a few kilometres from the house. Wines such as Bianchello, cheeses and typical cold cuts are absolutely to try.
