The property is also popular due to the view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Seline. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a track (rubble or gravel). Parking on the property.

Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed (queen size). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (10 sqm) with dining area, gas hob, electric hob, oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
