Description
The distance from the object to the beach is 2 km and the distance to the center is 100 meters. The nearest grocery store is 1 km from the holiday property. In 1 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
This villa has four bedrooms. A large swimming pool dominates the paved terrace. On the grassy part of the terrace, right next to the pool, there is a large playground for the children. The interior of the villa is very comfortable and nicely furnished - the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor.

Great vacation
Very beautiful and clean duplex houses, ideal for 2 families. Great well-maintained garden with pool and barbecue area. Away from mass tourism and overcrowded hotspots, this is the right place for those who prefer some peace during their vacation. Various almost empty and beautiful beaches are just a few minutes by car, and it takes about half an hour to reach Pula. There is a small bakery in the village and a small supermarket in the next village, which can also be reached on foot. The landlord lives right next door. We were received very warmly. It was really a great vacation here and we would love to come back.

Great time
We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The communication with the host was super friendly and straightforward from the start, we received quick responses and felt welcome right away. The apartment was just like in the pictures, clean, modernly furnished, and well-equipped. We particularly liked the pool with a direct outdoor shower, the Hollywood swings to relax and end the day, and the beautiful terrace where we could sit together in the evenings. The location was also great for relaxing, with the nearest supermarket and beach easily accessible by car. We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime.
