Description
Detached holiday home with garden, approx. 300 metres from the Greveligen Meer in the child-friendly holiday park Zomerdorp Grevelingen.
The park was built in 1978. Our house was built in 1980.
The house has a large living room on the ground floor
with dining area and adjoining kitchenette with oven, 4-flame gas stove,
Fridge and dishwasher
Shower and WC are also on the ground floor.
Exterior: 345 ²m plot very private
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One
large with a double bed and zei smaller with a double bed
1x 160x200cm bed and 1xsleeping couch.

Brouwershaven is a small, idyllic harbour town with sailing traffic. It lies at the Grevelinger sea, surrounded by individual small villages. Nevertheless, the next bigger cities like Zierikzee and Renesse can be reached in a few minutes (approx. 10-15 minutes by car).
There are all necessary shops in Brouwershaven, such as: supermarket (with bike rental), bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, electrical shop, Cafè´s and restaurants, all located around the old marina.
For our smaller guests there is a small playground, an animal enclosure and the so-called 'children's beach' at the Grevelinger Meer. Everything can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. These are nice to walk as you can stop at the harbour which leads through the historic village centre.
The large North Sea beach can be reached by car in a good ten minutes or comfortably by bike.

Great relaxing vacation.
We were in this beautiful holiday home with our dog for 14 days and felt very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything you need and has a lovely garden. The Zomerdorp holiday park is very nice and peaceful, yet you are only a few minutes away from the supermarket and a beautiful small beach. Thanks to the Roosen company for their always smooth service and thanks to the owner. We had a very nice holiday and would love to come back again.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus
The first vacation in a holiday home was a 5-star experience for us, 4 adults and an almost teenager, I can only say/write it was simply great.
A truly great house, super well-maintained, everything you need is available, and a well-kept interior. The location of the house is very good, and the park is quiet and clean. Just around the corner is the Landal park with shopping facilities. The North Sea can be reached by car in 8 minutes, the small bay Grevelingenmeer only 2 minutes away by road, ideal for families with small children. Whether you are looking for a family/romantic/beach holiday, the house offers everything your heart desires, or what you make of it. We were completely satisfied during the 10 days and would love to come back. The service from the company Roosen should also not be forgotten, very good. A heartfelt thanks to the landlady, we felt a bit like we were at home. Thank you.

Holiday in Times of Corona
Very nice holiday home for vacation with children and dog.
We enjoyed our stay. The facilities of the Landal Park can be used as well.

Holiday home and surroundings
Very nice holiday home in a quiet and beautiful location, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes as described. The swimming pool of the Landal park is also reachable in 5 minutes.
