Description
The 70 sqm ground floor holiday flat in Haus Mimi (Fewo Mimi 1) is suitable for up to 3 people. Additional person only by arrangement.
The flat has a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 hot plates and fridge with freezer compartment. The modern dining room has access to the garden and terrace. The living room is equipped with a high-quality leather sofa, which can be pulled out and used as a sleeping place if required. The large bedroom with double bed (1.80 wide - 2 single mattresses) has another TV. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub
The flat has its own terrace area, which is accessed from the dining room. The 1000sqm property is at the disposal of our guests. It invites you to relax, play, barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Mimi is located in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more

Cancellation terms:
You book without risk. The following agreements specified in the rental contract apply: Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: €100 processing fee Cancellation 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price Cancellation 29 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; So far, I have almost always succeeded in renting the apartment to other guests, so that no costs have arisen for the tenant who had to cancel the trip.

Lucky you
We are in Horumersiel over Christmas and enjoying the peace. The place is quiet and the stay is very relaxing. We are very lucky with the accommodation at House Mimi. The first impression and all further impressions of the apartment are exceptionally good. We would be happy if we could be your guests again next year.

Thank you for allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation in your beautiful apartment in lovely Horumersiel. We booked very last minute, and everything went smoothly. Communication via email and WhatsApp made everything very easy. The key handover occurs via the key safe, so we were flexible with our arrival time. The apartment is well-maintained and strikingly high quality equipped - e.g., a Gaggenau dishwasher. We directly liked the place Horumersiel. It is not too crowded, and the people and local staff are very friendly. The weather was also perfect for a summer vacation.

Price-performance ratio fits
We booked the entire house Mimi and were all very satisfied together. The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and she responded very quickly to my emails. The rental agreements were sent promptly. All 3 apartments are recommended. The equipment in all 3 apartments is very good. The location of the house is central and you can reach the Edeka in the village in a few steps on foot. It is also only a few minutes to the beach. We will come back at the end of the year.

Beautiful apartment with exclusive furnishings
Dear Willberg family,
we really enjoyed our holiday in Horumersiel and this flat played a big part in that. The flat is very well equipped and centrally located in the village. The booking process was uncomplicated and their friendly manner went down well with us. This is definitely not the last time we have stayed here and we will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.
