Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He's a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area.

SAN LORENZO IN CAMPO
San Lorenzo in Campo is also known for being the pearl of the Cesano Valley. It lies at 209m above sea level and it is half away from the adriatic sea and the Appenines. It is at the border of a archeologic area, 25km from the sea (Marotta) and 25km from the Catria Mountain (1720m). The town is surrounded by a rural landscape, which is typical in the region Le Marche.
TO VISIT
The town was built during the 7th and the 9th century thanks to the construction of the Benedictine abbey. You will have to visit this charming abbey which is considered to be one of the most beautiful abbeys in the region le Marche. Close to the town center, at the top of a hill, there is also two gorgeous little villages: San Vito and Montalfoglio, which still have the original medieval structure and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Cesano valley. If you are looking for relaxation, peacefullnes and pure air this is the place you want to visit. A must is the historical commemoration where people march in old medieval dresses and the dispute among the mills.
