The standig individually holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2005 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden furniture and court.

Capannori, district Marlia. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce.
