We are pleased about families, groups, companies, school classes, clubs and also wellness enthusiasts who are looking for fun or peace. We have something for everyone. Just ask us.
The bungalow is built as a semi-detached house.
A large lawn in front of the terrace equipped with garden furniture offers you the desired freedom of movement and relaxation.
The bathroom as well as the living room with open kitchen are very functionally equipped for your stay.
The 4-6 bedrooms in the rear part of the house give you with the 2 / 4x single/double and 2 x ET beds (12) the necessary peace to relax and sleep. The price includes bed linen and free use of the swimming pool area for all guests.
Heating and cable TV are part of the basic equipment. The programs are determined by the cable operator. We have no influence.
The WIFI INTERNET can be used free of charge, so that you can also plan excursions and events via smartphone or laptop at short notice.

Our Family & Friends group bungalow P-8-12 is located directly behind the dike in a small, manageable bungalow park
They are the short distances and the great starting point for such interesting possibilities as boat trips, surfing, standup, cycling, fishing or just going for a walk.

Our bungalow park is situated in one of the most beautiful locations directly on the Ijsselmeer with a surfing jetty and a sandy beach for the youngest.
The centre of Lemmer with its beautiful rustic shops and cosy pubs and restaurants as well as the food discounters also known from Germany can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.
The shallow, child-friendly beach can be reached in a few minutes directly on the water by a short footpath. In the nearby Sporthotel you and your fellow travellers can use the swimming pool and the wellness offers with sauna free of charge. There is also a boat rental service for boats without a licence.
The price includes bed linen for all guests!

Cancellation terms:
To make it easier for you and your vacation planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021-2022 that deviate from our general rental conditions. Here, you have the opportunity to book your trip comfortably and to cancel it if you wish. The conditions in detail: You have the option to cancel booked trips up to: 4 weeks before the start of the trip. The cost for you then is only 30% of the invoice amount. For last-minute trips and arrivals less than 4 weeks away, the full travel price is due upon cancellation. We can offer a free rebooking to a later date in 2022. However, rebooked trips will then be charged 100% if cancelled later. A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible. Pets are generally excluded from cancellation. We offer free cancellation: if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Even if an absolute travel ban (not a travel warning) is issued by the foreign office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us. Cancellation 2022 should all Corona measures be lifted. The conditions in detail: You have the option to cancel the trip up to 90 days before the start of the trip. Here, a flat rate of 30% of the travel price will be charged. From 90 days before the start of the trip, the full price is due. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance. Pets are excluded from cancellation. These cancellation conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the cancellation conditions in the current rental terms as read and accepted. 12-person house and 8-person house do not exist.
We had booked an 8-person house, but we were given two 4-person cottages. Without a connecting door between the two cottages. Also, a 12-person house seems not to exist. If you book a 12-person house, you will get two 6-person cottages. This means that as a group, you have no space where you can all sit inside together, eat, etc. That was a major disappointment for us. Despite that, we had a good weekend. Fortunately, the weather was nice, and we could spend a lot of time outside. Bungalows are simple, but tidy. You cook with gas. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. Just a regular coffee maker for filter coffee. A kettle was provided. The kitchen is minimally equipped, so bring your own bowls, large pot, sharp knives, etc.

Lieber Feriengast, es ist nicht schön von Ihnen zu schreiben, das unsere Häuser nicht bestehen. Es handelt sich hier wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen ist um Doppelhäuser die direkt aneinander gebaut sind. somit hat Ihre Gruppe immer den Kontakt zu allen anderen in der Gruppe. Wir bieten Ihnen gerne unsere Doppelhäuser D-12= 2x ein 6 Personenhaus oder ein D-8 =2x ein 4 Personenhaus an. genauso steht es auch in unsere Beschreibung zu lesen.
Wir hoffen aber das Ihr Aufenthalt doch sehr schön bei uns war, und freuen uns bei einen späteren Termin auf Sie.
