The house is situated in a quiet family park with swimming pool and playgrounds.
All holiday homes are detached and surrounded by large gardens.
The park is located at a marina and on the Grevelingenmeer (the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe). Here you can dive, surf or sail.

Great family vacation
The house is equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. Trampoline, garden, barbecue, good kitchen equipment..... Beach items, games, toys, books for everyone. It is clean and well maintained and you can easily reach the beach, excursions.... It was just great. Our landlord was available at any time.

Great family vacation with dog
The house is very lovingly furnished with many details that distinguish it from the usual "bare" holiday homes. It is clean and has everything you need. A wobbly toilet seat was repaired immediately. There is a lot for the children to discover besides the highlight in the garden, the trampoline. The garden is well protected on the sides, so that it is almost invisible except for a small piece to the neighbors on one side. This allows for contact, but you can also avoid it and be undisturbed. For the children, the many small playgrounds in the park are great, but the small swimming pool unfortunately has limited opening hours. In the surrounding area, a water playground at the inland sea and the small harbor, but also the Brouwersdam with its beautiful beach should be mentioned! Shopping around the corner is possible! Simply perfect! We will gladly come back!

10 Tage mit viel Sonne und Wind
Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten mit Trampolin und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Trampolin und auf dem Spielplatz, der direkt vor dem Haus ist. Leider ist die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sehr steil und für kleine Kinder gefährlich. Sauna, Dusche und Toilette im Erdeschoss sind sehr klein und hatten einige Mängel (Duschschlauch defekt, Toilettenbrille lose). Der Esstisch ist nicht ausziehbar und für 8 Personen etwas klein. Bungalowservice Roosen hatte meistens geschlossen.

Always a pleasure. Park and house optimal
The house was as always in top condition. The furnishings were super. The only negative point was that the second TV in the bedroom did not work. Fortunately you can compensate for this with a laptop, it was just annoying because according to the description there were two TVs in the house and that was a reason for booking for me.

Familien willkommen
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Frau Steene ist ein toller Gastgeber und reagiert immer zeitnah.
Die Einrichtung im ist sehr persönlich, so dass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Kinder werden Ihre Freude haben die ganzen Spielsachen zu entdecken.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück.

Schöner Urlaub
Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel, vorallem auch für Kinder, viel Spielzeug, ein Trampolin, ein Spielplatz direkt neben dem Haus.
Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell bei dem nächsten Supermarkt und den Strand erreicht man innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto. Wir kommen wieder.
