New, modern and spacious apartment in one of the most luxurious buildings in Omis, in the immediate vicinity of the river Cetina and Adriatic sea.

Its new and modern décor will make your vacation here unforgettable. With 120 m2 of living space, it can accommodate up to 8 people freely, and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning.

People enjoy walking during the day, relaxing or just watching the amazing nature. Take a walk on the beautiful promenade along the river Cetina, which leads to the town center where you can see some cultural events, where bands perform or where pirate battles are replayed. You can also visit the historic sights of the town of Omis or take part in the adrenaline rafting and the free climbing near the river.

What makes this place unusual is location in a close proximity to the beach, there is a long sandy beach just 300m away. So if you want to go swimming or just lie on the beach and listen to the sea, that's cca 5 minutes of walk.

Apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building with elevator.
The interior is lovely decorated with lots of style and everything is brand new.
It was newly built and is therefore equipped with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room and a large balcony with a river and sea view.

First bedroom has a large bed (180 x 190) for 2 persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothes and luggage.

Second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190) for 2 persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothes and luggage.

Third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190) for 2 persons, bedside tables and a storage space for your clothes and luggage.

The lightly tiled bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin, a bidet, a wall mirror, a washing machine and a toilet.

Second bathroom has a hydromassage shower, jacuzzi tub, bidet, wide washbasin, wall mirror, toilet and private balcony.

It has a light living and dining room with a very modern, open, built-in kitchen.
There is a white and glossy kitchen, with only the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and all the kitchenware needed for self catering.
Right next to the kitchen there is a dining area where there is a large table for 6 persons.

There is a living room with a flat-screen TV and an elegant corner sofa suite and a glass coffee table. There is also a laptop-friendly work space, a desk with a space for a laptop and a chair.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for two additional persons.
There is a SAT-TV and Wi-Fi internet.

The large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the large balcony.

The view is simply breathtaking and sitting on our balcony makes you want to spend the eternity there.

Our apartment is 500 meters away from Omis town, which is only 5 minutes to foot from our place.

A pebbled beach (250metres away), a sandy beach (300metres) are all within easy walking distance. The Blue Flag guarantees the water quality as well as the environmental and service standards on the beach. A large sandy beach that is suitable for children and non-swimmers is a couple of minutes walk away.
