Bath with bathtub/shower/sink/toilet, hairdryer; gallery in the attic with fitness equipment, sitting couch/table and additional sofa bed for 2 people 160x200 cm, table football, games, books; terrace with seating and barbecue area, and sunbathing lawn and children's swing.
Bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, toilet paper, soap, water, electricity are included in the price.
The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking only on the terrace/garden. Craftsmen are also welcome, by arrangement ! ! ! !

Our holiday flat is located 7 km from the centre of the town of Schopfheim in the Grosses Wiesental, at the entrance to the Kleines Wiesental, directly at the foot of the southern Black Forest (Hochschwarzwald with Feldberg, Blauen and Belchen), which is also a very popular starting point for motorbike tours and tours for racing cyclists. Mountain bikers get their money's worth here anyway.
( Google description with 69 km to the Black Forest is wrong - Feldberg peak highest mountain of the Black Forest approx. 40km, also the satellite photo of the building is old and wrong )
From here there are numerous excursions/bike/boat and hiking possibilities or day trips to the Black Forest ( Steinen, Feldberg/Titisee/Schluchsee, Erlebnispark Steinwasen and much more ) ; Alsace ( Tuniberg, Freiburg, Breisach/Strassburg, Europapark Rust etc. ) and Switzerland ( Rhine Falls Schaffhausen, boat trip Rhine, Bernese Oberland, Zurich etc. ) The city of Basel with museums and sights can also be reached by S-Bahn in only 35 minutes ( every hour ). The golf course of the Hausen Golf Club can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Cozy and spacious holiday home
We are repeat offenders and feel almost at home.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
The house is in very well-maintained condition and top clean.
In a quiet location. Ideal for nature lovers.
The equipment is very good. In the kitchen, everything you need is available. Also spices, salt, vinegar, and oil.
At the start, there are also a few coffee capsules and tea ready. As well as all dishwashing accessories.
Bed linen and towels are of course also available. There is also a nice terrace with garden furniture.
Parking is available in front of the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home. Everything was very clean, well-equipped, and just as described. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. The contact with the landlord was friendly and uncomplicated. We would love to come back and can recommend the house without reservation!

Of course, it would be possible to have more beds in the house. But we didn't want to spoil the charm of a house with extra beds- The house is furnished as if we were living in it ourselves. We have been renting for 2 years now and have been booked almost continuously. Our worst rating elsewhere was 4 stars. We are proud that our average rating is full stars (5).
