The Arkonablick residence is an exclusive flat for 4 people directly on the kilometre-long beach with a fantastic view of the sea and the coastal region with Cape Arkona. It is quietly situated next to a pine forest
Due to the south-east orientation, the flat is bright and sunny. Enjoy the morning sun on two balconies for breakfast and the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. The large window front in the living room allows you to enjoy the sea view even on cool days in front of the fireplace.
Further equipment: 2 bedrooms with double bed, mod. Fitted kitchen, guest WC, LCD TV, DVD player, CD/DVD library, WLAN free of charge

In the high season, rentals are only by the week with a change on Sanktag
Over Easter and New Year's Eve there is a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Cancellation terms:

If canceled up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental fee is charged as a cancellation fee, thereafter 75%, and 100% of the rental fee is charged if canceled 10 days before the start of the rental period. There is no entitlement to a refund in case of early departure or non-arrival. The cancellation must be made in writing and becomes effective only upon receipt.

Dream flat with sea view and two balconies

Fantastic flat, lovingly furnished to a high standard, directly on the beach. It was great to have breakfast in the sun with a sea view and to enjoy the sun and the sea on the second balcony in the evening.
The long sandy beach in unspoilt nature is also a dream.
We would love to come back again!
