Sweet Istrian house with a pool, located just a few minutes’ drive from Rovinj. In its beautifully decorated interior with rustic details and wooden beams. This villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. On the first floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, all in one, and a separate toilet. From the ground floor there is direct access to the garden with a private pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom, and two further bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor. Next to the pool there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, perfect for preparing specialties. The house is air-conditioned, has WiFi, and provides everything for a pleasant vacation.

For cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date – 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is now being granted.
