Description

The 33 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor (a staircase with railing leads to the upper floor) is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat comprises a living-dining-cooking room with sofa area, dining table and kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed (2 mattresses), a bathroom with shower and WC. The well-equipped corner kitchen includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic hob and a microwave-grill combination

The 1000 square metre property is at the disposal of our guests. It invites you to relax and barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home Mimi is located in Pommernweg - in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more
Our holiday apartments are available for rent all year round.

Cancellation terms:

You book without risk. The following agreements specified in the rental contract apply: Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: €100 processing fee Cancellation 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price Cancellation 29 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price; So far, I have almost always succeeded in renting the apartment to other guests, so that no costs have arisen for the tenant who had to cancel the trip.

Horumersiel is worth a visit.

House Mimi Holiday Apartment Number 2
We had everything at the North Sea that one can imagine. From sun, storm, hail, and rain. We were previously in Hooksiel and now for the first time in Horumersiel. The apartment in House Mimi is located almost in the town center. Restaurants, several cafes, bakery, supermarkets are quickly reachable. It is only a few meters to walk to the beach in Horumersiel. The apartment rental worked perfectly. We received the rental agreement on the same day as our booking request. The key handover works simply via a safe at the entrance of the house. Upon arrival, the beds were made and the apartment was nicely prepared for us. Dish towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, oil... were available. The kitchen is equipped with good materials. The cutlery is, for example. very high quality from Zwilling and the kitchen appliances like kettle, coffee machine, toaster are from WMF. We enjoyed our time in Horumersiel and drank our coffee in the garden in the mornings when the weather allowed. The garden is very large and well-equipped with chairs, loungers, grill. We stored our bikes in the garden shed. All in all, we really liked the short vacation in Horumersiel and we plan to come back.

We are regular guests.

We are now regular guests at House Mimi and already know all 3 apartments. Everything is clean here, and you lack for nothing. That's how a holiday should be. We'll be back at House Mimi for Christmas and are already looking forward to it. The place is very cozy, and there is something happening in every season, e.g., local festivals, lantern lights in October, or a small mini fair with various stalls at Christmas and Easter. Here, the world is still in order. In the large garden, one can enjoy the peace, even though the house is located almost very centrally.

Short ways.

We spent a week relaxing in beautiful weather. We liked everything and it was only a few meters to the beach and restaurants. The garden is very nice and everything is quiet. The place has many things to offer.

The apartment on the upper floor Mimi is very cozy and tastefully furnished! We traveled with our parents. They lived downstairs on the ground floor. Both apartments are very cozy. There is a lot of free space and plenty of room for storing our things. It was a nice holiday. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very bright. We both want to come back to House Mimi next year. Thanks to the Wilberg family, everything was impeccable.

Vacation in the mountains

Had a wonderful week again in Horumersiel and felt comfortable in the apartment. It is centrally located and close to the beach. The area there is also very quiet, and you can relax from everything there very well. Will gladly come back.

We can highly recommend Mimi 2 and 3.

We spent Christmas 2021 at House Mimi and rented the two apartments on the upper floor, Mimi 2 and 3. House Mimi and Lenchen were offered through EBAY classifieds. Contacting Frau Willberg went smoothly, as did the preparation of the rental agreement and tourist tax registration for the company NL Reinigungsservice on-site. Corresponding feedback was provided. During this time, communication with Mrs. Willberg was always friendly and reliable, and we were fully informed and advised (regarding Corona regulations, Corona tests, laundry, etc.). Additionally, within a few hours, we were able to rent and move into the apartment opposite. The equipment of the holiday apartments leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location of the house is in the center of Horumersiel. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist information, corona test center, and the beach with harbor are all within walking distance.
The village of Schillig is about 3 km away, reachable via the beach, and Hooksiel is about 7 km away.
We highly recommend these holiday apartments. The pictures of the apartment accurately convey the atmosphere.

The vacation in Horumersiel - during the times of Corona - was relaxing and beneficial. This apartment played a significant role in that. Upon entering the apartment, we already felt very comfortable. It is beautifully, tastefully, and high-quality furnished. Suitable for two people. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and the kitchen is well equipped with a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and 2 hot plates. The bedroom has a large double bed with good mattresses. The terrace and the garden are spacious and attractively designed. Plenty of chairs and cushions are available. The location of House Mimi is great. It's a short distance to the beaches of Horumersiel and Schillig. Also, it's just a stone's throw to the tourist office and the village of Horumersiel. Conclusion: A very nice holiday apartment that we recommend and will book again ourselves. Best regards to the landlady Mrs. Willberg.

It would probably be smarter not to write a review. Because then, for our next request, the apartment will certainly be occupied, and we won't be able to go ... But: The apartment really deserves to be rated.

Central location! Yet quiet! Comfortably furnished! Great garden with a terrace! Parking available! Grill available! Fast Wi-Fi! Everything top!!!

We have been here for the 3rd time already and will definitely come back. The apartments in the Lenchen house are also furnished to our liking and highly recommended. We stayed there from 2016 to 2018.
