Description
The large holiday home with 3 bedrooms has a fully fenced garden (30 m2) with plenty of privacy. In the garden you will find two luxurious sun loungers and 2 cozy seating areas.
The holiday home has not just one, but two entrances, both with large open doors to the garden.
Through the first entrance you enter the bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV with German channels. There is also a seating area. You can watch TV comfortably from the bed or the sitting area, as the television is rotatable. Right next to this bedroom there is a kitchen with a dining area for 2 people.
Adjacent is a bathroom. This modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a wall of cabinets, and a toilet.
There is (in addition to this already complete accommodation) an interior door to the rest of the holiday house. The holiday house can therefore be divided into two parts. Ideal for groups / families who want more privacy.
Through the second entrance you enter the fully equipped living room of the holiday house. This has a spacious dining/seating area with a television, again with German channels.
There is a second large open kitchen with all amenities. Think of a modern induction stove, a combination oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. Furthermore, the holiday home has a second luxurious bathroom on the ground floor. This also has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture, and a toilet.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms. Both have two single beds (which can be pushed together).
A baby bed and a high chair can be provided on request.
The whole house has comfortable underfloor heating.
Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge. The holiday home is located 150 m from the beach and the boulevard.
When you book the holiday home, two electronic parking cards are available to you.
Wellness area
The private wellness area is spread over 2 levels and is located in the new apartment complex at Wilhelminatraat 114D and is therefore just a stone's throw away.
Downstairs is the wellness area and upstairs is the relaxation/meditation room. In the wellness area, a large Finnish steam sauna, which you can also use as an infrared sauna, is available to you.
There is also a 2-person whirlpool with waterfall, as well as an ice bath, a shower, a toilet, and a hand wash basin.
In the upper area there are 2 loungers, a coffee and tea corner, as well as a full-body massage chair.
Two yoga mats and a meditation corner are also located on this floor. You are welcome to reserve a 2.5-hour wellness stay with us.

The spacious cottage is located 100 metres from the beach, the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the most famous of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago a fishing village was established here, but since the beginning of the last century the village has also been interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly recognizable in the townscape. The lighthouse Jan van Speyk stands prominently on the beach promenade and can also be seen from the village.
The village offers a lot of entertainment to the holidaymakers. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping centre. In summer, every week an event with a lot of village entertainment is organized, which can be admired from a terrace on the Pompplein square.
Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open all year round, seven days a week, and are easily accessible.
Following the Egmond aan Zee development, the beautiful natural landscape of the North Dutch dune reserve begins.
Egmond can offer both a beach and a beautiful promenade and village centre. You won't be bored on the beach, because there are many activities organised here. Egmond is also situated in a beautiful area surrounded by vast dunes. Nearby are other beautiful destinations such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area.
Egmond aan Zee is also close to Alkmaar, a city rich in culture and history, or the famous cheese market, which is well worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are within easy reach.

We enjoyed the sea and the dunes in a comfortable accommodation.
Apartment with underfloor heating, which is very pleasant on cold February days.
Wellness stay planned on the coldest day, which was wonderful! Everything in the wellness area is new and works well.
The holiday home was clean, so we were very satisfied.
The personal contact with the landlord was very pleasant.

Relaxing days by the sea
A lovely small accommodation with a large outdoor area just a few meters from the sea. Everything was very clean and the owner incredibly nice and helpful. The communication beforehand was also uncomplicated and nice. Thank you for the beautiful days in Egmond!

Great house, great vacation
Spent a prolonged Pentecost weekend in the house. Were on site with 4 adults and 2 children. Due to the two entrances, everyone had sufficient privacy. The house is very comfortably furnished. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a delicious piece of grilled meat. The owner was very nice, there were small attentions upon arrival. The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, and the town with supermarket, bakery, etc. can be reached within a few minutes on foot. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you very much for the great days.

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements. There is on the one hand, this cozy "village feeling" - and yet everything you need, also available: shops, beach, dunes and of course the beach promenade For us, it is the ideal place, we have our good fortune found hope to welcome you in one of our comfortable accommodations you soon.
