This spacious holiday home offers everything you need for your holiday. A small pool (4,60 x 2,50 x 1,10m) is enough for a short refreshment in between. Air-conditioning, fireplace, winter garden, 3 terraces with many partly covered sitting areas offer pure holidays.
A gas grill for the evening barbecue is at your disposal. The house is completely fenced with ivy hedges. In the house you will find 4 bedrooms : 1. double bed (2,00 x 1,00m), 2. 2 single beds (2,00 x 0,90m), 3. a loft bed (1,90 x 0,90m) and 4. a french bed (2,00 x 0,90m). Bed (2,00 x 1,50m). Furthermore 2 bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher and extractor bonnet and another extra kitchen is suitable for barbecuing or preparing delicious paellas.
Sun loungers are provided for the sun-seekers. The carport in front of the house offers two covered parking spaces. The living room is air-conditioned. The LCD TV offers all German and Spanish programmes and an additional barbecue possibility with an extractor is available next to the conservatory.

Location and surroundings of object

Situated close to the Mediterranean Sea (just 650m to the award-winning dune beach), this house is located in a small settlement. The house has a secluded plot (approx. 355 sqm).
A pizzeria, a Spanish restaurant in the immediate vicinity and in the wider area many small restaurants and bars have something for every taste on the menu.
The town of Denia can be reached via the coastal road in 15min. Dénia (Denia in Spanish) is a town on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca.
After an eventful history as a Roman naval base, seat of a Moorish Taifa kingdom and a Spanish margraviate, Dénia is now the capital of the comarca Marina Alta and a popular holiday destination strongly influenced by tourism.
The 20km long sandy beach invites you to take a walk or enjoy a swim. Denia is a popular holiday destination for Spaniards, even the royal family often spends their holidays here. More than 1000 restaurants of all tastes offer a variety of culinary delights.

Bed linen is not included in the price. A linen package (bed linen, bath sheets and towels) can be booked for €15.00 per set. WLAN is available free of charge. The deposit final cleaning and linen packages are to be paid in cash on site.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The price includes all expenses such as water / gas / electricity included. Out of season ( Till ) Are costs for heating air conditioned, which are charged on consumption. A carport on the property is available for your car. Bed linen and towels are included.
