The small, simply furnished cottage has 2 bedrooms (one of them has an extra bed). They have a bathroom, living area and kitchen. Another kitchen (summer kitchen) is in the overbuilt outdoor area. Here you have a fully enclosed terrace, so that the children can play safely. On the terrace there is also a large barbecue. You can park directly in the parking lot in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach in Posesi is within easy walking distance. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can be reached easily along the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafes and bars are available in large numbers in the area.
Also for shopping is provided in Medulin, you have several supermarkets such. Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also served at the various bakeries.
Excursions can be started easily from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, just hop on the bus and get back to Pula and back without stress and parking. (one stop is about 5 minutes from the house)
If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked cycling routes. You can also rent a bike on site if required.
In the excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or to the bays of Liznjan, Sisan you can also start from here easily and quickly.
