Very quiet. Honest 300 m to the sea.

The location of the house was very good. Beach and shops were within 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants were all within a 5-15 minute walk.
The garden with its fig trees and the freshly harvested wine were also good. What was not good is the technical condition of the house. The drains in the kitchen were badly clogged. Garden furniture half damaged.
