Description

The detached holiday house, built in 2000, is a semi-detached house and is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Vrsi, district Mulo, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Special
There is no heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), and iron. TV reception is via satellite.

Dogs
allowed. Free of charge.

1st floor: Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (4 sqm). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot and access to the balcony (5 sqm). Bedroom (11 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (13 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the balcony (5 sqm). Bathroom (4 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window. Bathroom (6 sqm, not heated) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
