The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2014 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Jasenice, district Rovanjska. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (6,3 m x 5,2 m, depth 1,3 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

The view is beyond compare.
In the house everything was adequate starting from the layout: two separate apartments that can also accommodate 2 different families.
A number of bathrooms appropriate to the number of guests which is a real blessing, normally even large rental houses have a maximum of 2 bathrooms, here 5!
