Bibione. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. Elegant and charming newly built Residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80 m luxuriant mediterranean wood. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and all apartments are furnished with sun umbrella, 1 sun chair and 1 sun bed, included in price. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the garage. The parking lot is covered. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages with a coins laundry for guests.

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. The opening time from the pool is weather dependent.

+ Close to the sea (ca. 150m)
+ Lift, basement garage
Equipment:
Fridge with freezer,
Microwave, TV, safe, sofa
Balcony with table, chairs, couches, kitchen
+ Flat can be completely darken over shutters if you want to sleep longer in the morning
+ Representatives in the Agency are friendly, respond promptly and speak German
+ Supermarket, pizzeria around the corner, close to the center
Negative:
- The so-called. 2. Floor with a double bed is not a separate room but only one more level (with railing) of the living room. One can look down from above. Peace and privacy is not there, or. only when no one is in the living room. Since the apartment is but designed to +6 persons, that is only the case at night. We were 2 couples and 2 children and felt that this was very clumsy. The text description of this fact was not mentioned. This is misleading. - Many self-evident Furnishings missing, for example,. Detergent, dishwashing brush, dish towels, garbage bags. Should we take away half his budget holidays. Conclusion:

Which was not perfect for us
- Unfortunately, the neighbor hotel emptied around 22:30 which the trash recklessly loud!
